I called the emergency services and they said they would be there in the morning and call back during business hours. Well I attempted to call and the answer service was picking up and my call was not making to where it had to go to get an appointment and see the solution to this issue. S o I decided to just show up because the pain became so unbearable and I was not feeling good and I felt like I had no other option. So I walk in and was greeted by the front desk staff and I explained my situation and they said have a seat. Within 1-2 minutes I was called in the room and immediately I was put in the chair and I explained my symptoms and situation and then they took X-rays and then within a minute the dentist came in and read the X-rays and they said that I was having pain in the tooth because I needed a root canal. Although they were not able to get the job done because they were so busy and the person who would normally get the job done was unavailable and booked up for the next few weeks. I was like damn what am I gonna do (thinking to myself) not a second goes by and the dentist said go up front and the staff will set me up with an endodontist to take care of the problem and I will be pain free. Although I didn\u2019t have a chance to go to the doctor recommended due to personal issues with my children and a Father\u2019s Day picnic with my daughter who was so excited and kept asking me if I was going to be there and saw how important that was to attend so I had to deny what was offered to me because of my daughter being so excited about me being there I had to decline the appointments offered to me. However I was very impressed with how Mascollo staff from the dentist himself to the front staff in finding a solution for me the patient before leaving and then staff tried to accommodate me with different times that were available which would have fixed the problem but because of personal obligations to my daughter I was unable to make it. Which was my choice to do so and I had it taken care off the following day. But was very impressed with the Moscollo staff as whole and within the time I arrived to the time it took them to find a solution was no longer then 5 minutes.
