We can roast to a specific temperature or even to a custom profile that you provide to us. However we request that you order a quantity that matches our batch size./p>p>Our usual roasting batch size starts with 750 grams (26.4 oz which is a little over a pound and a half) of green. Typically a well developed roast will lose 12-14% weight during the roasting process and yield approximately 640 grams (22.5 oz).
