The name came from the catch-phrase Technical Excellence - our goal for those operating, managing, and planning public safety radio and communications systems. Eventually, after moving on to Manage the State of Idaho Communications technical services and then consulting nation-wide in public safety communication, the focus moved to a life-long love of photography. The name Tecxl was retained. /P> P> These pages now provide both art, in the form of both photographs and hand-painted yard-art, as well as technical offerings like PhoneLogger. With a background in old-school darkroom experience and the mastering of modern digital photo editing software we also offer a photo restoration service. /P> P> Today, photo restoration and an occasional piece software are the primary offerings here on the Tecxl site. PhoneLogger is fully open source, and restoration services are usually $40/hour. /P> P> We also offer custom web-site development (which of course can include licensing to use some of our local photography). /P> P> Note that this web site is specifically designed not to take payment electronically. The cost of a true commercial site, along with the needed security, just does not work for what is a retirement-hobby operation. Should you be interested in any of our services, please get in touch. Products for sale will normally be offered by arrangements with a local vendor handling others work. /P> P> P> Thanks,BR> Lex RutterBR> The Crazy Ol ManBR> /P> /article>!-- --> /div>!-- --> aside classright-side> h2> strong>Samples/strong> /h2> p>The following are samples of the photo artwork available from the Crazy Ol Man...
