PIPFA is registered as a Non-profit Association under Section 42 of The Companies Ordinance, 1984. As a full member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), PIPFA has attained global recognition as an Institution providing Professional Excellence to Public Accountants in Pakistan. All the affairs of the Institute are managed by a Twelve (12) member Board of Governors (BOG) comprising elected and nominated members.
