PayPalantir designed, developed, implemented, and maintained the program that became the mega-blockbuster product Hybr.id, which was an auto-hybridized “personal accounts and profiles” software wrapped in Visa branding. The functions (and other questions, reformulated as functions) from the auto-hybridization software were ultimately answered by an engine controlled by Quincy, which was the production-grade PayPalantir quantum supercomputer./p>p>Quincy computations by count per capita included on-the-fly results of the impacts of the branch decision on the entire decision tree just prior to adding or removing the branch, but PayPalantir asserted that they hadn’t yet successfully taught Quincy the next step of drawing from or drawing on other decision trees. Quincy treated each person as an isolate as if she were a medical doctor of noncontagion. Though Quincy was queued to crunch common financial management decisions during her production years**, decision trees were also well-populated with data on identity, travel, privacy, and healthcare. In its standard production eigenqueue from standard triage, Quincy reconciled and recomputed its branch decisions with other branches that were not yet dead or alive or both as dependent on Copenhagen, and at billions of decision nodes for billions of millions of eigenqueued supercomputations every quarter-microsecond. Quincy interfaces (including Hybr.id and external Quincy software distributions) had 140 million unique accounts in the US by year 2040./p>p>Ordinary analytical protocols at the PayPalantir pre-production laboratory often employed a scaled Quantum Supercomputer (QSc) that had roughly one billionth the Aggregate Supercomputing Capacity of Quincy. One pre-production protocol was programmed by humans to always issue a pass to coherent quantum systems, but a fail to decoherent quantum systems – and the protocol issued a fail to roughly 0.001% of operations. A PayPalantir investigation found that certain eigenstates were prematurely destroyed by wavefunction interference. But by the end of those proofings and experiments, one applied physicist who saw no wrong physics in Quincy and just wanted her to stop failing FLOP was already rested on his deduction that a QSc is substantially more efficient if its Aggregate Supercomputing Capacity is intentionally limited by a theoretical maxima. Reworked proofs moved the Maxima Efficiency Paradox right into the middle of the many other quantum paradoxes./p>p>GE-Siemens executives later wrote that the work was “the harness that at once tamed supercomputing” in an article without mention of patent policy. At first, the new developments were moved to a PayPalantir production cluster on Quincy where they were found not significant, but serendipity struck twice when a major corporate effort to force each inquiry to share identifying quanta with one another (especially the eigenvalues of each superposition) finally produced an expected result. Quincy was previously isolated to one perturbed set of eigenvalues per query. The MEP as applied now forced Quincy to share her quanta (and thus her expectations), which rapidly and irreversibly improved her decision trees, non-stochastic determinants, and mutually-dependent entanglements. The future was suddenly much more certain as PayPalantir ushered in the /strong>First Information Explosion of Earth/strong>./p>p>The First Information Explosion on Earth (which has not yet seen a second), had a computed relativistic annual binary probability of 35%, but was assigned the lowest priority option available due to its relative safety and legality risks; therefore, few applied strategies were in place for PayPalantir to capture the value that had erupted. Some first responder teams at PayPalantir spent the next several months in a wasted frenzy of classical Type 3 data gathering (collect it if you can, as first described by Sweeney around the turn of the century)./p>p>Quantum computing was universally adopted by financial institutions in the late 2020s. Speed and accuracy continued to improve until a CMU team corrected the Lieb-Robinson bound to accurately determine the theoretical maximas; when the local well reached its empirical maxima, the two quantita held degeneracy (degeneracy is a quantum concept that is roughly parallel to redundancy as a classical concept)./p>p>The 2021 unilateral nuclear strikes referred to as Pyongyang and Tehran catalyzed new governing bodies of international law. A major regulatory restructuring was executed in 2026 to adapt to new executolegislative control ceded to the international community in the wake of fears of retaliation. PayPalantir was again restructured and renamed to match its equity symbol PPT prior to a major public offering in 2031. However, PPT and four other US mega-monopolies were seized by US Congress in 2049./p>/h5>h6>© 2018 – All Rights Reserved/h6>/div>/body>
