Dr. Graham is a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist ( CSRS ) and is LSVT-BIG certified (Parkinson’s treatment) . She has provided 18 years of care and compassion for her patients. She has worked in various settings including: sub-acute rehab , cardiac rehab and home care. Most of her career was spent in home care providing one-to-one treatment and collaborating with other health care professionals . Dr. Graham has worked on patients with a variety of conditions including generalized weakness , post-limb amputation, total knee, hip and shoulder replacements, as well as various neurological conditions. My work experience has led me to believe that a one-to-one approach works best for the patient and myself. Patient needs are well tended to in a more comfortable setting, with diagnosis, outcome, and recovery times different for each patient.
