hrefhttps://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%D6%A5%EC%A1%BC%A5%AD%A5%ED%A1%BC%A5%BF%A1%BC>ブレーキローター/a>に油分が付着すると全くブレーキが効きません。/p>p>ブレーキパッド進行側はブレーキキャリパーに引っかける形になっています。/p>p>2.ガイドピン、クリップピンの取付/p>p>ガイドピンを外した逆の手順で取り付けます。長めの丸棒とハンマーを使って押し込みます。/p>p>ホイールを外さずに作業するとスポークが邪魔して、やりにくいので注意して下さい。ガイドピンは必ずクリップピンが刺せる位置まで押し込むこと。/p>p>ガイドピンをラジオペンチでつまんで、クリップピンを写真のように刺せるように調整します。/p>p>strong>（確認作業）/strong>/p>p>ブレーキパッドがブレーキキャリパーの定位置に収まっているか確認します。/p>p>横から見てブレーキキャリパーからブレーキパッドが異常にはみ出ているときは取付不良です。/p>p>span p>前回に続きサスセッティングの煮詰め。/p>p>今回は減衰力調整を重点的にいじってみました。/p>p>ネットの情報を元にいろいろ試した結果、操縦性などに影響力が大きい順は/p>p>strong>プリロード調整＞伸び側減衰力調整＞圧側減衰力調整/strong>/p>p>・体感的には伸び側減衰力1クリックで圧側2〜3クリック分、変化するような感じがします。/p>p>・伸び側減衰力をいじると圧側にも影響が出ます。/p>p>a hrefhttp://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%CB%A5%E5%A1%BC%A5%C8%A5%E9%A5%EB%A5%B9%A5%C6%A5%A2>ニュートラルステア/a>。/p>p>目線と同じ方向にバイクが勝手に曲がって行きます。/p>p>立ち上がり、ハンドルを逆にこじる事も無く、軽快感は250〜400ccのバイクに乗ってる感じに操縦性が大きく変化しました。/p>p>フロントは圧側をかなり柔らかくしたので、ブレーキング時、サスの沈み込み→大、2次旋回時、サスの伸び始めが遅れ、旋回性が落ちていたようです。/p>p>ただ、このセッティングで峠道を含め400km以上走り、少し疲れてきた頃から、余りにもヒラヒラ感が強く感じられてきて、伸び側減衰力アジャスターを左（ソフト側）に1クリック戻しました。/p>p>フロント伸び側減衰力をハード側に振ると、a classkeyword hrefhttp://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%A2%A5%F3%A5%C0%A1%BC%A5%B9%A5%C6%A5%A2>アンダーステア/a>が減り、軽快感が増しますが、圧側も引きずられ直進時の乗り心地が若干、悪化（固く当たる感じ）します。/p>p>またa classkeyword hrefhttp://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%B3%A1%BC%A5%CA%A5%EA%A5%F3%A5%B0>コーナリング/a>時、フロントタイヤの接地感も減少する感じですね。/p>p>オンロード走行では良いものの、オフロード走行では、さらに伸び側減衰力アジャスターを左に1クリック（ノーマル）に戻したほうが接地感が得られ不安感が少なくなります。/p>p>strong>（変更その２）/strong>/p>p>次はリアサス。/p>p>圧側、伸び側減衰力アジャスター、共に左（ソフト側）に２クリック。/p>p>伸び側減衰力アジャスター（左）右はプリロードアジャスター/p>figure classmceEditable>Tenere700_リヤ_圧側減衰力アジャスター/figcaption>/figure>p>走ってみると、かなり柔らかく、ふかふかの乗り心地。/p>p>ここまで柔らかいと・・・と思い。/p>p>リヤサスプリロードを右（ハード側）に１クリック、リヤサグの基準値(私の)に戻してみます。/p>p>それでも若干、柔らかいので伸び側減衰を右（ハード側）に１クリック。/p>p>サスの動き、固さは減衰力を変更する前のレベルに戻った感じ。/p>p>走ってみると操縦性に大きく変化は無いものの変化したのは、ブレーキング時、リヤサスの伸びがやや遅くなり、フロントサスの沈み込みも少なく、ブレーキング時のバイク自体の姿勢が安定。/p>p>おかげで１次旋回（侵入時）にもスムーズに移行できます!!/p>p>サグが基準値に戻ったことで、ここまでバイク自体の姿勢が安定するとは、驚きました。/p>p>若干、２次旋回（立ち上がり）時にリヤサスが沈み気味なので、圧側減衰も右（ハード側）に1クリックして微調整。/p>p>このセッティングでオンロードを約300km走ってみましたが、う〜〜ん、良い感じ♪バンザ～イ/p>p>タイヤ空気圧は、すべてノーマル状態で行いました。/p>p>strong>（変更その３）/strong>/p>p>今度はオフロード。/p>p>このままでは、サスが固いだろうと思ってましたが、案の定やや固め。/p>p>フロント伸び側減衰アジャスターをノーマル左（ソフト側）に1クリック、リヤ伸び側減衰アジャスターを左(ソフト側)に1クリック。/p>p>フロントタイヤの接地感は、このほうが上。/p>p>サグを基準値に戻した恩恵は、ここにも。/p>p>ブレーキング時の姿勢も安定、リヤサスの乗り心地も抜群、格段にオフロード走行時の不安感も減少しました。/p>p>strong>（総評）/strong>/p>p>じっくり時間をかけてサスセッティングを煮詰めたおかげで大満足。/p>p>走りがより楽しくなりましたヽ(^o^)丿/p>p>自分好みの操縦性、乗り心地を手に入れる事ができました。/p>p>サスの動きがもう少し良ければ最高なんですけどね(^_^;)/p>p>strong>サスセッティングの手順/strong>/p>p>span p>走行距離3,000kmを過ぎて、オートバイにも慣れ、足回りの馴染みも出てきたので、サスペンションセッティングを始め、現在の走行距離は8,000km(^_^;/p>p>奥が深いです・・・/p>p>strong>（なぜサスセッティング？）/strong>/p>p>ストックのままで乗られる方が多いと思いますが、非常にもったいない（笑）/p>p>セッティングすることで、同じオートバイでも印象が全く変わってきます。/p>p>どのオートバイも自分の身体（身長、体重、乗り方、好みなど）に合わせて作られてはいません。/p>p>サーキット、オフロードコースと違って、高速道路を含めた一般道は、スピードレンジ、コーナーのＲ、道路勾配、路面状況も刻々と変化します。/p>p>その意味では妥協点が必要であり、完璧ではありません。/p>p>今や電子制御サスもありますが・・・/p>p>サスセッティングは、路面の凹凸・状況、コーナーでは「制動」～「一次旋回」～「二次旋回」～「加速」を考慮する必要がありますが、その辺りが面白味。/p>p>自分好みにセッティング、妥協点を高めることで乗りやすく、楽しく、満足できるオートバイに仕上げる為にサスセッティングは、かなり有効だと言えます。/p>p>『パーツ交換せずに、ある程度、突き詰めてから』/p>p>その次にタイヤ交換かな？（笑）/p>p>strong>（サスセッティングの流れ）/strong>/p>p>まずはじめに「サグ出し」/p>p>・1名乗車時（体重＋装備）にサスa hrefhttp://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%A8%A5%A2%C8%B4%A4%AD>エア抜き/a>も済ませておきます。/p>p>センタースタンド付きなので、センタースタンドを立てた状態（空車時）でリヤアクスルシャフト～垂線上、サイドカバー（青い部分）下端までの数値を計測（※タイヤと地面が接地していないこと）空車時のサグ値（静的サグ値）は20ｍｍ。/p>p>次にセンタースタンドを下ろし、装備状態でオートバイにまたがり同様の数値を計測します（動的サグ値を計測）/p>p>初期設定（ストック）、私の体重＋装備では、リヤサスペンションの沈み込みが大きく、かなり柔らかく感じます。/p>p>乗車時にオートバイの姿勢が前上がり、後ろ下がりの状態ですね💧/p>p>体重＋装備重量70～75kgのライダーに合わせて有るのかな？/p>p>サグ値を調整する為にスプリングプリロード調製ノブ（画像の黒いノブ）を一段ずつ固め（右に回して）にセッティングして数回、調整しました。/p>figure hrefhttp://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%A2%A5%F3%A5%C0%A1%BC%A5%B9%A5%C6%A5%A2>アンダーステア/a>を減らしたいが、直進性は落としたくない。/p>p>メーカーさんの意図も考慮して（謎）、ここはいじらず、セッティングを進めます。/p>p>strong>（走行テスト）/strong>/p>p>取りあえず上記のセッティングで走行テスト。/p>p>ストック状態では、リヤサスが柔らか過ぎたようで、加速時の姿勢変化が大きく、タイトコーナーでは旋回しやすいけれどオンロード、中高速域の速度での旋回では、リヤが腰砕け気味。/p>p>固い砂浜の直進性もフロントが振られて、スタンディングしないと安定しない状態でした。/p>p>strong>（オンロード）/strong>/p>p>セッティング後は加速時の姿勢変化が少なくなり、アクセルに対するレスポンスも劇的に向上。が、過敏になりすぎてアクセルワークに神経を使います💧/p>p>また中高速域の速度での旋回もフロントに対してリヤが固く感じられフィーリングがイマイチ・・・/p>p>このままオフロードを走行しても結果は見えているので、span stylecolor: #00cc00;>strong>リヤサスペンションのプリロードを一段、柔らかめ（左に回して）にセッティング（ストックから右に３クリック）/strong>/span>/p>p>再度、走行してみると、かなり良い印象です。/p>p>アクセルの開閉に過敏すぎず、中速域の速度での旋回もまずまず。高速域ではリヤタイヤのブロックがよれる感じがしますが、ブロックパターンのタイヤ故、仕方がないですね。/p>p>strong>（オフロード）/strong>/p>p>このセッティングでオフロード走行。/p>p>リヤサスは、跳ねるほどでもなく、アクセルワークにも従順。/p>p>シッティング走行での不安感は、かなり減りましたが、安心感が高いのはスタンディング走行。/p>p>フロントサスの動きが渋く感じますが、プリロード調整できないので、圧側減衰力をアジャスターで調整。/p>p>自分の好みまで圧側減衰力を弱くしたら結局、最弱となりました。最弱まで圧側減衰力を落としてもサグ値は変化しません。プリロードが変わっていないので。/p>p>圧側減衰力を最弱まで落とすとフロントサスの衝撃吸収性が良くなり、乗り心地も向上。/p>p>タイトコーナーは、より旋回しやすいですが、特にオンロードのフルブレーキング時、ノーズダイブが大きく不安定・・・(^_^;)/p>p>オンロードのフルブレーキングでもノーズダイブ、乗り心地がバランスするところを見つける為に再度、圧側減衰力を調整。/p>p>span #00cc00;>strong>最終的にフロントサスの圧側減衰力は最弱から右に４クリック（ストックから左に４クリック）となりました。/strong>/span>/p>p>strong>（オフロード走行での不安感）/strong>/p>p>オフロードのシッティング走行での不安感（主にフロントタイヤの接地感）を解消するには、スタンディング、タイヤの空気圧を落とす、もしくは、よりオフロード寄りのタイヤに交換すれば解消すると思われます。/p>p>ただ私の場合、極力、パンクを避けたいので空気圧は落としたくない。/p>p>フロントタイヤは、まだしもリヤタイヤがパンクした場合、このサイズのタイヤ（150/70-18）のビートを出先で何もない所で落とすのは大変です・・・(^_^;)/p>p>今はオンロード：オフロード＝9：1の走行パターン。/p>p>オンロードでの快適性、操縦性、タイヤの摩耗を考えると、タイヤ交換せずにスタンディング、景色を楽しむ走りで。/p>p>スタンディングだと前方の路面状況も良く見えるし、不安感も減ります。/p>p>でも一応、電動空気入れは、持ち歩いてるんですね（苦笑）/p>p>iframe /㍑だったので、かなり良い燃費です。レギュラーガソリン指定も有難い。/p>p>私の走行パターンでは約300km前後の走行で燃料警告灯が点滅し始めします。燃費を考えるとかなり早めに点滅するので、給油は道路状況、GSの場所、走る場所にもよりますが、だいたい走行距離350〜400kmで給油しています。/p>p>燃料警告灯はメーカー公称値 />/p>p>strong>エンジンオイル交換/strong>/p>p>メーカー指定は驚きのオイル交換10,000km走行ごと（必要量2.3㍑）、オイルフィルター交換は30,000km走行ごと（必要量2.6㍑）/p>p>今まで、4サイクルエンジンのオートバイでは、3,000km走行ごとにオイル交換、オイル交換2回に1回の頻度でオイルフィルターを交換していましたが、水冷式オイルクーラー、ブローバイガスの処理などが進化しエンジンオイルの劣化が少なくなり交換頻度が減ったようです。/p>p>昔の古い車やオートバイのブローバイガスは大気開放でした。しかし、今や排ガス規制によりインテークマニホールドに戻されています。/p>p>ブローバイガスには未燃焼の燃料などが含まれるので、エンジンオイルの劣化、大気汚染に繋がります。またインマニに戻すとパワーダウン、インマニ内の汚れにも繋がります。/p>p>今じゃ軽自動車でもノンターボ(自然吸気)ならオイル交換は走行10,000kmごと。現在の走行距離は約4,000km（1,000km時にオイル＆オイルフィルター交換）ですが、5,000km走行時にオイル消費、フィーリング、汚れ、粘度を含めて交換するか判断する予定です。/p>p>strong>総評/strong>/p>p>オートバイのエンジンも素晴らしく進化してますね。/p>p>昔の直列2気筒では存在すらしなかった270°クランク。/p>p>3気筒エンジン並みの滑らかさ、吹けを持ちながら、パワーアップ。2気筒らしい低回転域のパルス感、トルクも残しつつフラット化を実現している、まさにstrong>良いとこ取りのエンジン/strong>ですね。/p>p>エンジン性能曲線を見ると広い回転域でフラットなトルクを発生。トa
