Lee is the Chair of the South Carolina Engineering Cluster and was the 2010-2011 Region 3 Director on the IEEE Board of Directors. Two of my projects have been the development of the Region 3 Employment Assistance web site and the Metro Area Workshops that provide direct assistance to members./p>p idmain12>Membership Development is important to the future of the IEEE. My grassroots effort has developed new resources and is building the team that will help engineers better understand the value of IEEE membership and promote the overall growth of the IEEE. Today’s record overall membership level is the result of this foundation work that was done by volunteers and staff in recent years.
