Aditi Consulting maintains that it had meritorious defenses, and it was prepared to vigorously defend the lawsuit. The settlement is not an admission of wrongdoing or an indication that Aditi Consulting has violated any laws, but rather the resolution of disputed claims./li>	li>If your information was potentially compromised in the Data Security Incident, you are a Settlement Class Member./li>	li>The Settlement provides that Settlement Class Members are eligible for the IDX Settlement Offering by submitting the Election Form by the Election Deadline and following the additional enrollment instructions to activate the plan as instructed./li>	li>The Settlement also provides that Settlement Class Members may seek reimbursement for documented unreimbursed Economic Losses Settlement Class Members suffered, for: Ordinary Losses for unreimbursed out-of-pocket costs fairly traceable to the Data Security Incident, as supported by third-party documentation, up to $500.00 aggregate total per Settlement Class Member; and/or, Extraordinary Losses for unreimbursed Economic Losses more likely than not caused by the Data Security Incident, as supported by third-party documentation, and the Settlement Class Member’s written statement, up to $5,000.00 aggregate total per Settlement Class Member./li>	li>In addition, the Settlement provides that Settlement Class Member may submit a Claim for reimbursement for Lost Time related to the Data Security Incident, at a rate of $25.00 per hour, up to $75.00 aggregate total per Settlement Class Member./li>	li>To be eligible for reimbursement, you must submit sufficient evidence of your economic loss and satisfy additional requirements:	ul>		li>To receive the IDX Settlement Offering, Settlement Class Members must strong>submit an Election Form to the Settlement Administrator by July 28, 2023/strong>./li>		li>To file a Claim for reimbursement of Economic Losses for Ordinary Losses, Settlement Class Members must strong>submit a Reimbursement Form to the Settlement Administrator by July 28, 2023/strong>, along with (a) the Settlement Class Member’s name and current address; (b) if applicable, a signed copy of IRS Form 14039 along with a statement that the form was submitted to the Internal Revenue Service; and, (c) the bills or invoices documenting the amount of the claim and proof that the bills or invoices were paid./li>		li>To submit a Claim for reimbursement of Economic Losses for Extraordinary Losses, Settlement Class Members must (in addition to the information required for a Claim for Reimbursement of Ordinary Losses) also submit a signed statement indicating that: (i) the Extraordinary Losses claimed are fairly traceable to the Data Security Incident; and (ii) the total amount claimed has not been reimbursed by any other person or entity./li>		li>To file a claim for reimbursement of Lost Time, Settlement Class Members must strong>submit a Reimbursement Form to the Settlement Administrator by July 28, 2023/strong>, as well as (a) the Claimant’s name and current address; (b) if applicable, a signed copy of IRS Form 14039 along with a statement that the form was submitted to the Internal Revenue Service; and, (c) a signed statement indicating: (i) the time expended in connection with the Data Security Incident and the reason therefor; and (ii) showing that the Lost Time claimed is fairly traceable to the Data Security Incident./li>	/ul>	/li>/ul>p>strong>The deadline to submit a claim is July 28, 2023./strong>/p>    /div>/div>  div classtable-responsive>    table classtable table-bordered table-striped table-hover options my-3>          thead>        tr>          th colspan2 classtext-center fs-4>            Your Legal Rights and Options in This Lawsuit:          /th>        /tr>      /thead>          tbody>          tr>        th scoperow classfs-5 p-4 text-center align-middle>          SUBMIT AN ELECTION FORM br />DEADLINE: br /> JULY 28, 2023        /th>        td classp-4>p>This is the only way for Settlement Class Members to enroll in the IDX Settlement Offering paid for by Aditi Consulting.
