monospace;>g0v/span>黑客松又落幕了，照例晚間續攤吃了台菜，從前幾次一桌人演化成三桌。照例第二天又有 hacker 糾團隔天一早去爬山。阿宅其實一點也不宅。/p>p>歷經八個月，第五回合黑客松很有趣的變化是，多了非技術圈的NGO團體實際需求。於是有了 64885（律師幫幫我）呼叫公益律師平台雛形的誕生，當警察濫權拘捕抗議人士需要律師，也許可遇見的將來能像打 55688 的電話/簡訊找到律師到場。（多麼哀傷的一項創新資訊服務啊……。）/p>p>關廠工人資料以地圖顯示的想像，也在勞運團體與工程師之間流竄激盪。教授跟工程師討論立院最黑的是附帶決議，應該怎麼樣處理這些資料比較好。另外一桌在研究服貿開放的六十四項裡面包含數百小項該以什麼方式整理爬梳，頭大了一會兒又似乎有了進展。到場百人要如何在八小時內有共識各自生出初步成果，對我來說，依然是魔術。/p>p>一半時間講技術加實作，一半時間談議題、了解政府結構、與如何打怪，這是兩個月一次的黑客週末。最後發送「a p>政府向財團靠攏了，媒體壟斷逼近了，學生公民工人在寒風中靜坐了，但媒體慢慢安靜了。/p>p>大家開始慶幸，還好我們還有網路，還有手機讓我們在事件現場隨時上傳消息。但如果消息現場是在一般人難以接近的立法院呢？有多少議題與立院直接相關？從國民黨團封殺公平會約談蔡衍明的提案、核四101億追加預算、勞委會編列2056萬預算控告關廠工人、衛生署將編列12億打造「樂生文化園區」，都在立法院最後定奪。從今而後，有多少事情我們要在被新聞記者報導後，才會知道。（從今而後，天曉得記者會不會報導？）/p>p>但立法院網站是黑箱迷宮，從立法院國會圖書館綜觀，立院有二十餘個獨立資料系統，每個系統都是複雜壕溝，裡面困住了大量的議事、投票、委員發言等資料大兵。這些資料大兵除了專注在監督國會的專業團體，一般人很難親近。因為實在太難使用了，且缺乏議事知識便很難了解這些文件，更別說能夠利用這些公開卻七零八落資料來追蹤議題、適時施壓、或實體前往關注了。/p>p> 讀冊生活/a>的「二手書交易平台」。這個平台可以讓你把書整箱寄過去，但用自己一本一本標的價格出售。這跟以往一整箱被二手書商收去幾乎論斤賣的價錢實在不同。賣方既享有賣書的樂趣（像在拍賣，賣出一本就有進帳），又可以省去單本包裝、寄送的麻煩（由TAAZE平台負責）。/p>p> a
