Therapy is a vehicle for change and requires a certain level of discomfort. We will explore the waters of discomfort together and develop strategies for coping with it. I use a relational, trauma-informed approach, and operate from an ecotherapy lens. What is ecotherapy? It looks many different ways, depending on who the client is: some will opt for outdoor sessions and some will want to explore ways in between their sessions to increase the benefits of therapy by engaging in out-of-doors homework. I weave in knowledge about our connection to nature and how a disconnect from nature often adds to human suffering. Our modern, fast-paced lives were not designed with our well being in mind.
