size3>昨日は、柱建ての日に出産した奥様が現場に来てくれました。br>延べ面積84㎡の26坪程度の小さな家で、気を衒ったところもない素直な家です。br>ただ、元々あった木々や今もお父様が耕してくれている畑を活かした、プチ農家のような大らかな家です。br>特に小さな2階ですが、工事監督ものびやかでよい空間ですねと言っています。/font>br>br>br>center>a />/a>div>br>br>/div>家族が先祖代々住み続けてきた地域で家を新築しようとする時、br>誰もが「自分の家の地盤はよい」と思い込んでいる。br>br>br>設計者として、まずは近隣の地盤の調査結果を集めるにしている。br>br>ある程度のデータが集まった時点で、どのような地盤調査方法がよいかの検討をする。br>br>同じ地域でも支持地盤の深さにばらつきがあり悩んだが、木造2階建て住宅なので、スウェーデン式サウンディング試験で5点調査（家の四隅+中心部）の調査を始めた。br>br>調査開始、1点目で、10m到達しても支持地盤がない。br>そこで設計者である私からの強いお願いで、5点を4点調査に変え、地下10mを15mまでの調査に変えてもらう。br>br>一般的にスウェーデン式サウンディング試験では最大地下10mであるが、無理を言ってのお願いであった。br>br>案の定、15mで支持地盤が出た点もあるが、支持地盤まで到達しない箇所もあった。br>br>岡宮は愛鷹山の中腹にあり、高尾山遺跡調査の指定区域でも古い地区であるが、地盤が想像以上に悪かった。br>br>そこで、建て主と相談して、翌月にはボーリング調査（標準貫入試験）を地下20mまで行った。br>br>br>br>a />/a>div>br>標準貫入試験は、地下の土の現物が採取出来るので、地盤の悪い土地では有効な地盤改良工事の検討が出来る。br>br>様々な地盤改良会社から、様々な工法の地盤補強の方法が提示された。br>何処会社も、どの工法も、保証をつけるという謳い文句はあるが、金額の差はかなりある。br>br>正直、中にもかなり胡散臭い工法もあった。br>摩擦杭という工法もあったが、地下の土がローム層で摩擦が効きそうな土ではない。br>br>土木工事のプロフェッショナルの建て主のお父様との話し合い、また構造設計一級建築士にも相談しbr>鋼管杭を選択した。br>br>提示された地盤補強工事の中では群を抜いて高額であったが、様々な条件を整理すると、鋼管杭により地盤補強がこの土地に、この家にとって一番よい工事方法であると考えられた。br>遺跡調査も無事に終わり、4月の晴天連続の5日間で杭工事が行われた。br>br>6tをかけ、支持地盤到達まで31本の杭を打ち込んだ。br>br>平均17mであったが、15mの箇所もあれば、20mを超えてやっと支持地盤に到達する場所もある。br>地下でもかなりの落差がある。br>br>口うるさい設計工事監理者で職方の皆さんは大変だと思うが、お互いによい仕事をして建て主に安心で安全な、よい住まいを提供したいと思う気持ちには同じであると思う。br>br>br>br>br>br>/div>center>a alignleft>br>例えば、まち歩きの集合場所だった「中央公園」だが、全国に中央公園は名前は沢山ある。沼津のまちの歴史から、「本丸公園」に変えるとか。まちの個性を読み取り、楽しむことから始める。名前を変えるに、お金はかからない。br>br>かつて沼津港から沼津駅までつながっていた蛇松線の跡地の蛇松緑道は、正面に富士山が見える素敵な小路だが、観光用にしないで、地域の人のために充実させた緑道にしておいた方がよいなど、決して派手なことを勧める訳ではなかった。br>大切なことは「身の丈」にあった活動から始めること。br>/div>center>a
