Award-Winning Film Production Company in Michigan Making Movie. Radish Creative Group is producing its first full-length feature, Annabelle & Bear, this summer in Metro Detroit. The Royal Oak, MI-based production company, known for creating award-winning commercials, makes this exciting transition to feature films in the midst of Detroits and the rest of the states bourgeoning movie-making community. The film, based on the script by Emmy-award winning writer Amy Weber, will be directed and produced by Ms. Weber also, a Radish partner. The movie will be shot exclusively in the state of Michigan. In addition, Annabelle & Bear has the unique distinction of employing and enlisting a 100% Michigan cast and crew. There is so much talent here in Michigan, Ms. Weber says, that it just makes sense to keep all of the production here - including post-. We will not be taking this film out of town to finish it. From the very start of the production including casting to the final touches in editorial and audio post, I am very proud of the fact that this film will be made completely in Michigan. What a testament to what Michigan has to offer. Ms. Weber and her production team plan to sprint out the shoot in 15-days before sending a rough cut of the film to the ever-still relevant Goliath of the independent film industry: the Sundance Film Festival. She and her Radish partners look forward to getting buzz about not only the film, but also the viability of and professionalism within the film communities in the state of Michigan.>meta nameauthor contentAmy S.
