Once when I was walking back on crutches after an injury, I had parked my car in the garage and a concierge staff member accused me of being riff-raff. The second time was when a random inebriated person forcefully entered the building at night and assaulted a resident waiting for packages, and the concierge member and manager allowed it to happen without intervening. Manager wrote she heard the yelling, did not intervene, and then blamed the resident! /p>p>There are often break-ins in the garage, perhaps its due to the garage doors never being closed/broken.
