These stations allow users to monitor their interactions with the complex system of the global climate. The second EMSP project was launched in Shanghai on April 18th 2016 to monitor the air purity in Shanghai, through Shanghai Air Monitoring Station 001 (SAMS_001). SAMS follows the first EMSP project, Mumbai Snow Monitoring Station 001 (MSMS_001), launched in Mumbai in February 2016.
